We provide private, fully customizable, flexible wine, beer, and scenic tours that cater to your unique preferences. Unlike group tours, you will never be combined with other reservations, giving you complete flexibility to enjoy the experience at your own pace.

Can I customize my tour?

Absolutely! Whether you prefer specific wineries, breweries, or scenic stops, we tailor your experience to match your tastes and interests. We give you complete flexibility from start time to tour logistics, locations visited, everything.

Do you only offer wine tours?

No! In addition to wine tours, we also offer:

    • Microbrewery tours featuring Arizona craft breweries
    • Scenic tours of Sedona’s stunning red rocks
    • Visits to ancient Native American ruins such as Montezuma Well, Montezuma Castle, & Tuzigoot National Monument
    • Magical vortex tours (Airport Mesa, Bell Rock, Boynton Canyon, Cathedral Rock)
    • Raw chocolate tours

    • Custom corporate retreats and bachelorette party experiences

Are your tours really private?

Yes! Every tour is private to your reservation, meaning you won’t be grouped with strangers. This allows for a more personalized experience where you can enjoy the tour at your own pace.

Are tasting fees included?

Yes! Your wine tasting or beer flight fees are included in the tour price, so there are no hidden costs unless you purchase additional wine, beer, or food.

What if I want to add lunch or dinner?
  • Lunch Add-On: $55 per person
  • Dinner Add-On: $111 per person
  • Dinner Transportation Service (3 hours): $150 for the entire party
Do you offer group discounts?

Yes!

  • Groups of 6-14 people: Receive a 20% discount.
  • Groups of 15 or more: Contact us at (928) 224-2991 for custom pricing.
Do you offer discounts for certain customers?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for:
✔️ US military members (past & present)
✔️ AAA members
✔️ Senior citizens (65+)
✔️ Returning customers of Wine Tours of Sedona
✔️ Guests bringing their dog (use promo code DOGFRIENDLY)

Note: Discounts do not apply to overtime or multiple discounts on the same booking.

Do you provide complimentary pickup?

Yes! We offer free pickup anywhere in Sedona.

For pickups in surrounding areas, there is a flat fee per vehicle:

  • Cornville, Clarkdale, Cottonwood – $75
  • Jerome – $100
  • Flagstaff or Munds Park – $200
  • Prescott – $300
  • Phoenix Metro Area – $2,000

If you’re visiting for the day, we can meet you at The Art of Wine at The Hyatt Pinon Pointe Shops (101 North Highway 89A, Sedona, AZ).

What if I need to cancel my tour?
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: You will receive a gift card for a future tour.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: No refunds or gift cards will be provided.

Note: If any guest arrives intoxicated, we reserve the right to cancel the tour without a refund.

What if I need to remove a person from my tour?
  • If you need to remove a guest from your tour, we offer a 75% refund for that person’s ticket (25% is retained as an administrative fee).
Do you accept credit cards?
  • Yes! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App.
Are gratuities included?

Standard gratuity is 15-25% based on your experience.

  • No, but they are greatly appreciated!
  • Groups of 6 or more have an 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill.
Are children allowed on wine tours?

We do not recommend bringing children on wine or microbrewery tours. However, if you insist on bringing them:

  • Children under 17 are free.
  • Children 15 and under are also free on raw chocolate tours, though chocolate samples are for paying adults only.
What if I don’t want wine tastings?

No problem! You can substitute an included wine tasting for a glass of wine of comparable value at any location.

Can I bring my dog on the tour?

Yes! We are dog-friendly and even offer a 10% discount for guests bringing their furry friends (use promo code DOGFRIENDLY). 

However, dogs are not allowed on tours in Red Rock State Park due to park regulations.

Do you offer “Step-On” guide service for large groups?

Yes! For groups traveling in their own large motorcoach buses (15+ people), we offer a “step-on guide” service where we guide your tour using your vehicle.

We can also work with our internal team to procreate a large motorcoach for your large group. It’s best to call us at (928) 224-2991 to arrange logistics and pricing. We can accommodate large groups of 15 to 100+ people.

Is smoking allowed on the tours?

No. All tours are 100% smoke-free, including at rest stops. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes.

We do allow medical marijuana on all tours, though there is no smoking whatsoever allowed in tour vehicles or chartered vehicles.

We also ask guests to avoid heavy perfumes and colognes as they can impact the tasting experience and linger in our vehicles.
