We decided to take a private wine tour to visit 2 vineyards and our tour guide Juan was awesome! Made my lady and I laugh throughout the whole tour and provided info on places to eat and places to visit while in Sedona. We were grateful to have him as our tour guide. The wines were good and it was a great experience for the both of us. Thank you very much for a great tour !

This was incredible. Our tour guide Ed, was such a pleasure. The tour is actually private. We had no idea when we booked it. They catered to all of our needs including dietary restrictions. The vineyards, tasting rooms, chocolate store, and lunch was way more than we expected. I’d highly recommend them to everyone.
What an awesome experience we had with Wine Tours of Sedona! Juan was amazing in every way! He picked the five of us girls at our Airbnb and took us to two awesome wineries. He was our photographer as well as our entertainment! I cannot recommend him highly enough! We overran our 3 hour tour limit and he did not insist on an extra hour's pay! We can't wait to do this again!

Absolutely loved everything about this trip especially Juan, top tier service and an outstanding gentleman. I really loved the Albrarino and the overall esthetic of of the vineyard, I will most definitely be back.

What a great afternoon! Jim took us to three different tasting rooms and helped us make our selections. He was very knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and made it a very fun, informative, enjoyable day. By far the best wine tasting experience we have ever had.
Wine tours of Sedona was top notch. Juan was a great tour guide and host. Very knowledgeable of the wineries we went to and the area. We had the most wonderful time, will do again the next time we’re here.

My recent experience with Wine Tours of Sedona was an absolute nightmare. I normally empathize with small businesses, but this one did us real dirty. Our group of 20+ booked a multi-winery tour with high expectations based on their advertised services, and instead endured abysmal planning and unprofessional behavior that ruined our special occasion. Specifically: 1. Bait and switch: We initially booked a tour that promised multiple wineries and a large complimentary shuttle that would accommodate our group of 23. However, just a few days before our tour, they told us that only one winery was available, and we had to pay an additional $1500 for the shuttle. This deviated significantly from what they had promised, but our feedback was met with excuses. 2. Disorganization: They informed us last minute that the shuttle could NOT pick us up from our Airbnb as promised. Their genius solution was a smaller shuttle that required multiple trips to the larger shuttle pick-up location, doubling our travel time and causing major inconvenience. This was all communicated to us 8pm the NIGHT BEFORE our reservation. 3. Overpriced and undelivered services: We paid over $4300 for the tour, but ended up with plans for a single winery with fragmented and inefficient transportation. Despite the downgrade in services, the company refused to adjust the price accordingly. 4. Lack of accountability: When we tried to voice our concerns, the staff, particularly Amie and the owner Jim, failed to take any responsibility for their oversights and instead tried to shift the blame onto us. The lack of ownership or customer service was astounding, especially given the amount we paid for the tour. Let me remind you that as a tourism company, it is YOUR job to respond to our booking in a timely manner. It is YOUR job to research Airbnb pickup addresses. It is YOUR job to effectively manage the vendors you choose to work with. It is YOUR job to smoothly deliver promised services that we paid for upfront. That is literally what we are paying you for. Instead, this company pushed additional cost onto us, stressed us out with terrible communication and last minute changes, and took no responsibility for their mess, despite having all the information they needed at the time of booking (including our Airbnb address and group size). They then tried to blame US for insufficient info and booking last minute. E.g. they claimed that booking through their website delayed their ability to plan due to its limitations on group sizes. We are not responsible for your website’s shortcomings, especially when it advertises accommodation for groups up to 100. If two weeks isn’t enough time to plan a 3 hour tour, don’t accept our reservation in the first place, or at least offer to cancel when you clearly are unable to deliver your advertised services. These people instead grasped at straws to keep their large payday. They 100% knew this was unacceptable, since they insisted on communicating over the phone instead of email so we wouldn’t have proof that they were gaslighting us. Given their cancellation policy and last minute nature of the changes, we were coerced into accommodating them until we could no longer put up with what we were getting for our $4300. At that point, they had destroyed all trust we had in their competence and ethics, so we requested to cancel the tour. If this were an honest business, they would have acknowledged their failures and refunded us without a hitch. Instead, they hid behind their cancellation policy, as if they have no control over it. They didn’t apologize at all for the inconvenience and stress they caused us. Now my friends and I are out over $4300 without having received a single service. There is zero accountability, which is shocking for a business that is literally supposed to provide good customer service as their job. Very disappointing and shameful for a tour company. I strongly recommend AGAINST booking with them. Save your money, they already stole ours.
Completely scam be aware of Jim especially if he makes stops, he charged my credit card just for 10 minutes.
My experience with Jim and Wine Tours of Sedona was absolutely exquisite. I booked a 3 hour tour of Alcantara Winery. My tour was booked with a surprise proposal in mind, I called ahead to get an idea of any ideal spots on the vineyard. I was pleased to learn about the beautiful wedding venue on-site, with epic symbolism being at the convergence of two rivers nearby. Jim surprised me and fiancé at every turn during this tour. From the stop at the artisan chocolate shop to the rose petals covering the vehicle, Jim made every moment memorable. He was extremely knowledgeable, super accommodating and thoughtful!! Secretly setting up the camera, ringing the celebratory bell and even bringing out celebratory glasses at the perfect time after the big moment. I still can’t believe our tour was so perfect. Thank you.
We had an exceptional time on our private wine tour with Ed. We chose the custom option and tasted some amazing wines. We also did a stopover in Jerome for lunch before heading to DA Winery. Great experience and Ed was a wonderful guide. He shared his knowledge of the region and the history of Arizona wines. Highly recommend.
Terrible service. We booked a tour with this group for 23 people. The company promised a bus to fit all of us for an extra fee. The night before our tour we were told that they didn't have a large bus but rather would shuttle our group in two trips, one at a time. A round trip would take 2 hrs. This was unacceptable and extremely inconvenient so we wanted to cancel. However this company would not give a refund even after they breached their agreement. We thought this was a reputable tour but it looks like that is far from the truth
Such a fun day and Juan was an amazing guide! He was there to give us any info we needed and also let us enjoy our time together. All of his suggestions were spot on! We added the option for him to take us to dinner and back to our airbnb- highly recommend that option- was so convenient! Can’t say enough good things!
One of favorite tours out of our entire 2 week vacation in AZ. We were actually on a tour out in the Grand Canyon, when our guide(Taylor) heard us say we wanted to do a wine tour when we got to Sedona, he said he knew the perfect place and best guide in Sedona! He was not wrong! He suggested we ask for the owner, Jim Reich. Jim took us to this magical vinyard named, Alcantara. It was so beautiful. The wines we tasted were all incredible! We had a delicious meat and cheese board, along with a wonderful bread board. It was so perfect! 10/10, easily. We would highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
Jim was personable and offered great recommendations. We were allowed to bring our dog and she had the most fun, thank you!
This was a great tour. Juan was so professional and fun from beginning to end. He made sure to customize the tour to what we liked and offered tips and recommendations along the way. Highly recommend the wine tours and I hope you get Juan as your guide!

We booked a winery tour as part of our wedding with the ceremony being at the last stop. Jim, Amie, and Juan were all fantastic in helping ensure our day was everything we wanted, even coordinating with the event planner at the winery and recommending a great photographer for the event. If you're looking for a different wedding experience with a smaller party, I would highly recommend giving Wine Tours of Sedona a call. Even if not for a wedding, Jim and his team are great. Juan was an awesome and knowledgeable guide. He even called me the next day as we had left a tripod in the van and he brought it to me at my hotel. HUGE thanks to Jim and his team! We'll definitely be booking an anniversary tour in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour to Cottonwood. The town was very cute with funky places for wine tasting. We particularly liked the reds and ambience at Tantrum. We booked a tour with dinner. Our pizza and pastas at Merken were delicious and the Tarzan wine was great! Most enjoyable was our warm and knowledgeable guide, Juan. He was very attentive and took care of everything so that we could relax and have a very pleasant and fun tour. Thank you Juan and Wine Tours of Sedona. We highly recommend your services.
We cannot recommend the 3 hour sightseeing tour highly enough! Ed Benoit is truly a "Tour Guide Extraordinaire"! With decades of time spent living in and loving Sedona, Ed packed more in our 3 hours than we would have seen in 3 days on our own. He's a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful conversationalist. Thank you for an incredible experience!

We had an incredible time on our wine tour - due in large part to our guide, Juan. He was so knowledgable about the area, the wineries, and interesting facts about Sedona. We don't get many do-overs in life! But this was one experience I would do over and over again. Visiting the wineries was an amazing experience on it's own. What makes it even better is when you have a guide that leads with his heart and soul. A man who takes you on a magical journey through a picturesque mountain range and has the ability to cater to the needs of his guests with the up most professionalism. Juan left nothing to chance. He didn't need to because he took the time to learn about his guests and share bits if his own life journey. Nothing could have made this venture better, except another 3 hours with Juan.
